A friend of mine had an extra ticket to the Nutcracker Ballet and asked me to join her today. I'm not sure how I'd managed to go my entire life without having seen it before, but I had! It was incredibly beautiful - the art of ballet, the costumes, the music. It was truly amazing, and I am thankful to have finally had the chance to see it.
